Feature
Send a time-limited, revocable link to any collaborator — client, colleague, or reviewer. They get a read-only view of the full session. No account required on their end. Enterprise workspaces also enforce role-based visibility: admins see the org, team leads see their teams, and members need explicit shares to see each other's work.
Owner controls
Each share is tied to a named email address. You can see exactly who you shared with, when they viewed it, and revoke access for each recipient independently.
Every link has a hard expiry — 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Once it expires, the link stops working without any action from you. There is no such thing as a share that stays active forever.
Revoke any share at any time and the link stops working immediately. The recipient gets a notification. Your audit record is preserved.
Before you send a link, RCLM flags sessions that its AI identified as potentially containing sensitive content — credentials, personal data, proprietary code. You decide whether to share, not a rule you forgot to write.
Recipient experience
Recipients open a read-only view of the full session — transcript, tool calls, and file diffs — without needing an account, a login, or access to any of your other data.
They cannot edit, export, or reshare. The link works until it expires or you revoke it, and nothing else about your account is visible.
Enterprise visibility
Enterprise users do not all get default access to each other's sessions. RCLM separates operational visibility from peer-to-peer sharing so organizations can audit AI work without turning every member into an org-wide viewer.
A member can open another member's session only when that session is shared with them. Admin and team-lead access follows enterprise role boundaries.
Admins are responsible for org-wide governance, audit, retention, and security review.
Team leads need team-level review without getting default access to unrelated teams.
Peer access stays opt-in through session sharing instead of becoming broad org visibility.
Why it matters
Share the exact state of a session — the prompts, the agent's tool calls, the file changes — so a colleague can pick up where you left off without you describing it from memory.
Share a read-only view of a coding session with a client or stakeholder. They see the full transcript without needing an account, a login, or access to your internal tools.
Send the session alongside the code, not just the code. Reviewers see what was tried, what was rejected, and why the final approach is the one that landed.
Workflow
01
Navigate to any session in your dashboard and click Share.
02
Enter the recipient's email and choose an expiry window: 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
03
The recipient gets an email with the link. No account, no signup, no friction on their end.
04
Track views, manage multiple recipients, and revoke any link instantly from the same panel.
Outcomes
Most ways of sharing AI sessions trade control for convenience — you paste a transcript into Slack, or screenshare a chat window. RCLM keeps both.
Recipients get the full session. You keep the ability to revoke it, track who viewed it, and set an expiry that enforces itself.
Start capturing sessions, then share the ones worth sharing — with an expiry, to the right person, revokable any time.
